NTHRYS Accommodation details for Students:

1. Should be registered 3 months prior to joining date.
2. 100% fee of total duration should be paid in advance (There is no bargain or special requests regarding this)
3. Contact numbers of parents / guardians are mandatory. A Video call with the parent / guardian should be made before paying the fee.
4. Fee: Rs 21500/- per month which includes, lodgning, boarding, GST and transportation from accommodation facility and lab on working days. Fee should be paid to +91-9014935156 Gpay or Phonepe. Please ask for GST invoice once payment is done.
5. Facility:
   1. A separate flat (mostly 2 bed room flat) will be allotted (2 person per bedroom) with 1 AC in each bedroom.
   2. A dedicated servant who will take care of cooking and cleaning
   3. A Webcam will be installed outside the main door to monitor the activity. This is mandatory.
   4. One Refrigerator per facility
   5. One Washing machine (Servant is not responsible for washing cloths or drying them or bringing them back to facility)
   6. One gas stove + cylinder
   7. Separate Lockers for all candidates
6. All candidates can use gas stove + cylinder to cook their own dishes with their own groceries. Servant uses the groceries allocated for regular usage. Which are not for candidates personal cooking.
7. Only eggs, chicken, mutton, fish and shrimp are allowed under non vegetarian category. No other non vegetarian stuff which is not in this list is allowed.
8. Strictly candidates should come to facility before 10 pm. If they fail to reach before 10pm, they need to report the same to assigned staff along with their live location sharing via whatsapp with the same staff until they reach the facility. Strictly no outing after 10pm even parents are present with them. We have our own rules that we sign up with the land lords.
9. We have zero tolerance for alcohol or other similar beverages or drugs of any sort or smoking or any nicotine delivery devices to be brought to the facility. We will immediately alert the respective parents or guardians and terminate the candidates access to the faility. We will alert govt departments immediately related to drugs or any similar stuff identified in the facility.
10. All bed sheets and pillow covers provided by the faility will be maintained by the faility. Washing will be done once in a week and any damage occurred to them will be charged additional to the candidate.
11. An agreement will be signed up with the candidate regarding all these rules as well the facility property on the day of joining this facility
