What the Training Builds

This is practical, do-it-yourself training rather than a lecture series. You build competence in double-entry, ledger maintenance and final-account preparation, bank and vendor reconciliation, GST and TDS compliance, and software work in TallyPrime and Excel. Every concept is reinforced with exercises modelled on real accounts-department work.

How the Modules Progress

The curriculum is sequenced so each stage builds on the last:

  1. Fundamentals — the accounting equation, double-entry and document flow
  2. Ledgers and final accounts — trial balance to profit & loss and balance sheet
  3. Reconciliations — bank, vendor and ledger tie-outs
  4. Taxation and compliance — GST and TDS computation and returns workings
  5. Software fluency — Tally and Excel for day-to-day accounting
  6. Reporting and analysis — ratios, MIS and interpretation

Software You Master

You gain working command of TallyPrime for voucher entry, GST and statement generation, and of Microsoft Excel for schedules, reconciliations, lookups and analysis. Programmes also introduce QuickBooks or Zoho Books for cloud book-keeping and SAP FICO concepts so you can move into ERP environments.

Taxation & Compliance

A dedicated focus covers GST — registration logic, invoicing, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B workings and reconciliations — alongside TDS deduction, computation and return preparation. You learn the compliance calendar and the consequences of missing it, which is what employers most often test.

A Practical, Exercise-Led Approach

Learning happens by doing. You work realistic datasets, make and correct mistakes under guidance, and repeat until the process is automatic. The goal is fluency under real conditions, not recall of definitions.

Online Mode

Online training is delivered remotely with structured tasks, screen-share support and mentor feedback. It suits students and working professionals who need to learn at their own pace without sacrificing hands-on rigour.

Offline Mode

Offline training at the lab offers supervised practice on licensed software with immediate correction and face-to-face guidance — the fastest route to genuine software fluency and confidence.

Fee Structure

Fees vary by programme, duration and mode and are displayed transparently on each programme page. Short online modules and longer offline software-intensive programmes are priced differently; the exact fee and any applicable GST are shown at checkout, with no hidden charges.

Duration & Commitment

Programmes range from short skill-focused courses to comprehensive multi-week tracks. The pace is hands-on throughout, and longer programmes carry you from fundamentals all the way to reporting and analysis.

Who Should Train

The training suits commerce graduates, career switchers, small-business owners managing their own books and professionals upgrading from manual to software-based accounting. Entry programmes assume no prior software experience.

Certification

Completers receive a verifiable certificate that names the programme, the software covered and the competencies demonstrated — a credible signal to employers backed by work you can actually perform.

Job-Readiness

The end goal is a candidate who can sit at an accounts desk and contribute: maintain books accurately, reconcile, file-ready GST and TDS workings, prepare statements and produce basic MIS. That practical readiness is what turns training into a job offer.

Sectors That Hire

Trained accountants are recruited across CA and audit firms, manufacturing and retail finance functions, BPO and KPO finance operations, shared-service centres, e-commerce, startups and fintech. Demand for reliable, software-fluent accountants is broad and consistent.

Roles You Can Target

Typical entry destinations include junior accountant, accounts executive, audit assistant, taxation associate and accounts-payable or receivable analyst, with progression toward senior accountant and finance-executive roles as experience grows.
