Biological Networks — Construction, Topology & Community Detection (Hands-on)

You will build graphs (PPI, gene–gene co-expression, metabolite–reaction, microbe–microbe) and apply robust topology analysis, centrality measures, and community detection to uncover modules and pathway-level insights.
