Capstone — Integrated Glycomics/Glycoproteomics Project — Hands-on

Apply everything learned across glycomics and glycoproteomics modules in a guided, end-to-end capstone. You will take curated RAW files and processed tables through QC, identification review, quantitative summaries, biological interpretation and FAIR-style reporting to deliver a coherent mini-project suitable for slides, manuscripts or stakeholder review.
