Flux Balance Analysis & Constraint-Based Integration (FBA/FVA) — Hands-on

Link metabolite changes to network level behavior. This module introduces constraint-based models, Flux Balance Analysis (FBA) , Flux Variability Analysis (FVA) and simple strategies to integrate metabolomics or flux measurements so that you can formulate mechanistic hypotheses on pathway usage, bottlenecks and rerouting in cells and microbial systems.
