Host–Microbiome Interaction Modeling (Systems View) — Hands-on

Build end-to-end, statistically rigorous workflows to quantify and explain host–microbiome relationships. You will integrate microbial features with clinical, immunological, metabolomic and transcriptomic readouts; apply mixed-effects and compositional-aware models; test mediation and causal hypotheses; and explore dynamical and network-based interaction models. The module emphasizes robust study design, reproducibility, and decision-focused reporting.
