Model Verification, Validation & Reproducibility — Hands-on

Learn how to make systems biology models trustworthy, transparent and reproducible. This module covers concepts of model verification versus validation, numerical and structural checks, calibration and predictive performance assessment, uncertainty and sensitivity summaries, as well as documentation and FAIR model sharing. You will implement practical workflows in Python/R and standard tools to create models that reviewers, collaborators and regulators can trust.
