PBPK / PD Modeling Basics & Exposure Assessment — Hands-on

Develop an intuitive, non-clinical understanding of PBPK and PK/PD modeling to support discovery and safety assessments. You will explore model structure, physiological and compound-related parameters, exposure metrics and simple scenario-based simulations to interpret how changes in properties or regimens may affect exposure, without performing clinical dose selection.
