Principle of Mouse DNMT3L DNA Cytosine 5 Methyltransferase 3 Like ELISA Kit Test
This ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Mouse DNMT3L (DNA Cytosine-5 Methyltransferase 3-like) protein in cell culture supernatant, serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

Importance of this Test
DNMT3L is involved in de novo methylation of DNA, chromatin condensation and embryonic development. Any alterations in the expression and function of DNMT3L are associated with various diseases such as cancer. Its measurement can help in understanding disease pathogenesis and conducting research in epigenetic regulation.
List of Advantages
The ELISA kit has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of DNMT3L, without cross-reactivity with other analogues.
Tests are quick, affordable and can analyze a large number of samples at once.
No significant homology with other cytosine methyltransferases.
Data gathered from these tests can contribute greatly to scientific research.
Detailed Procedure to Perform this ELISA
Add standards and test samples to the wells of the micro ELISA Plate.
Add the prepared Detection Reagent A working solution.
Shake and incubate at 37°C for 1 hour.
Wash the micro ELISA plate and add the prepared Detection Reagent B working solution.
Incubate at 37°C for 30 minutes.
Wash the micro ELISA plate again and add the substrate solution.
Incubate at 37°C for 15 minutes.
Add the stop solution.
Read the OD value at 450 nm.
Results Analysis
The standard curve is plotted with DNMT3L concentration on the x-axis and the OD value on the y-axis. The DNMT3L concentrations in the samples are then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
